Okay here is a small update. It's starting to look more Minas Tirith like :D however the camera really doesn't do it justice.

Thank you, thank you. Do you think it would be worth making a flat pack to try & sell one? Would there be any interest?

Anyway, in painting terms I've been busy working on Citadel Guards. What cha think?

YES! I would buy those, they would be so much better than the ruins GW sell.

WOW Drum - I didnt even see the update - I was still commenting on the last update. This is an outstanding piece of terrain an imo would be a popular piece for Middle Earth wargamers.

Cheers guys. Well since there seems to be some interest I'll try making a flat pack & I'll pop it up on eBay and give you guys the link. Just as a quick indication, how much would you be willing to pay for a model? considering the GW ruins are around 20 pounds.

No don't use that stuff, it's aweful and creates a lot of mess. This is the stuff I use - http://www.toppstiles.co.uk/tprod41659/ ... C2%B2.html

Price wise it would be more expensive as it's handmade and takes hours to create + costs for the matierals. Whilst GW are professionals and have molds for all their products.

How much? Well it says in the link. 29 pounds for 19 sheets I believe. Do you mean 2 or 3 single sheets? or packs?

Would be great to see a fully painted army of Minas Tirith in front of your scenery!

Oh right, lol. Well I've had someone who might be interested in a model for around £50. At £25 there just isn't enough to make it worth it as it took me several hours to do that (spent all last evening making it). All that's left to do is make the pillars (which I need to buy more dowel) and cut out a base + tiles.
