Hi !
I'm fairly new to the game as I played my second game yesterday with a group of friends. One of them was playing with Gandalf the Grey.
In the rulebook, it says that on each turn, Gandalf can cast a spell for free, without spending "Will" thanks to the Staff of Power.
My friends are telling me that he can cast two spells per turn, one for free and one for the regular cost. However, in our rulebook, it doesn't say "Gandalf can cast AN ADDITIONAL spell", just "he can cast it for free". So, I more inclined to believe that he can just cast 1 spell/turn but that the chosen spell doesn't require any cost.
Who's in the right?
Thanks for your clarifications.
Kind regards,

Gandalf can only cast 1 spell per turn.
The free Will can be used along with his store of Will points. So he could use the free Will plus 1 Will point and would roll 2 dice to cast the spell.
This is probably the confusion, he can use more than 1 dice but can still only cast a single spell.
