Will pickup a cpl more Rohan houses before the increase..

Does someone know how mucht the increase will be?
I heard that the mounted units wil go to €31, but I don't know if that is/could be confirmed.
And I guess if the lake-town house will increase, that this will include both the normal pack and the multipack. Can someone confirm that as well?
