What do you guys think? Could this be a competitive list?

Remove troll and captain and go for a Chief Troll.

I'd cut the drum or something to make the Kataphrakts black dragons. I also like the troll chieftain idea. No archery is a bit of a bummer tho

I look at this on paper and think its numbers are so low that it will never be able to compete for board control. Then again, you've got so many threatening heroes that you might be able to make up for it by just overwhelming an opponents heroes and then dealing with the troops piece-melee. I don't think an 800pt Gondor or Rivendell army would be able to deal with Amdur, Khamul, and a troll (chief). It might work.
