I recently got back into the hobby with the release of the new rulebook, and I am curious as to the tournament standard play point limits?

I would imagine it varies but if anyone could give me an idea, it would be much appreciated~

Never played in a tournament, but it seems like they are usually between 600-800 points.

I use 500 pickup games, but 700 for tournament.

Ardacon tournament was 750 points with 2 hour games. The Warhammer World tournament was 700 points with 2 hour games.

SITE 3 is 700pts.

In the Great British Hobbit League, 500-800pts has been typical for the past few years, with the occasional 350pts or 1000pts event. With the new rules, however, many players are expecting higher points to be more common.

I'm a fan of lower pts requirement. Something like 500 seems to be the sweet spot for my taste. Makes for quicker and faster-paced games. What do you guys prefer?
