Anybody know how i could make a heavily armored Uruk hai with a sword and shield and in a non action pose? most either have too little armour or are in an action pose.

How comfortable are you with an x-acto blade? Not sure what you want done with the sword arm, do you want him pointing the sword forward, across the shield? Most of the plastic uruk-hai can be cut at the waist to get the legs you want with the torso. Cut the sword arm at the waist, elbow or shoulder to get the look you want and use green stuff to fill the gaps. Good luck!
