Are they still in business? As the site hasn't been updated in a long time & his last Facebook post was ages ago.

The jury is out on that. Some folks seem to get their orders from him without a problem. I had no such luck and wasted $40 on minis he never shipped. Personal opinion, don't risk it and find another supplier.

Me too. That is what I bought from him. I thought they'd make great clansmen of Lamedon

Buy at your own peril. I was lucky to get a refund the other year but most people seem to have lost money

Such a shame. If the chaps stopped trading he should take the site down.

I actually had good luck with ebob. I ordered the knight heads in february or march after e-mailing him and asking if he had them in stock in the quantity I wanted. He said yes, and I ordered the next day. They arrived in the same amount of time it takes my average UK parcel to arrive.

The big caveat is DO NOT order anything that isn't in stock. Due to ill health of both ebob and his caster (in fact, I think his caster is deceased...), if it's not in stock, it likely won't ever be cast again. A shame, I know. I love those spiders too.

Furthermore, if I'm leery about ordering from a seller, I use paypal or a credit card. That way, I have a paper trail. I've also had to contact paypal about a Canadian seller who never shipped after 3 months. They were really great and returned my money in full. The customer care guy at paypal said if too many people complain about a seller, that seller is no longer allowed to list as a paypal account. See, just proof everyone loves Canadians. :P

I just license some of his horse for myself. Bob has always been top shelf in my dealings with him. I've never had a single email go unanswered. Usually he responds within a day.

I can't speak for others, but I have nothing but good things to sayabout Ebob.

That's interesting, to be honest not sure I really want to take the risk. Have seen so many poor results on this forum from mine & other threads. Shame because he has some lovely stuff.

Don't think I'm going to bother now. Can't be arsed to gamble. Such a shame. Lovely stuff. :x
