This model has Galadriel in armor and with a sheathed sword. My question is, if she wields the sword, does that increase her strength by one? Kinda like Gandalf does when he wields Glamdring?

Or would this be more of a house rule?

Sword hand still needs work but I had saw someone else do this and wanted to give it a try.

No, her sword doesn't have any special rules. Glamdring has a special rule, which is why Gandalf get's extra strength.
