So I once opened up a Great Beast of Gorgoroth, only to find inside the contents of the Watcher in the Water. GW were of course fine with swapping this over. I also have a blister of Mahud Warriors with blowpipes that actually says Morgul Stalkers on it, although this isnt a problem as i can see through the blister plastic to see the contents. However, as I prepare to do an inventory of my entire collection next week it has dawned on me that this could possibly be repeated. I am anxious to learn if any of my sealed OOP boxes actually have incorrect contents inside. This of course would be most disappointing. So despite having everything I will be breaking the seals to check whats inside, just for my own piece of mind.

Anyone else had similar issues?

I ordered the Betrayer once, received a clampak with that label, inside was the Dwimmerlaik. No problem with GW getting the right one, now have an extra Dwimmerlaik.

So you had 3 Grima's, you put one on a horse and now you want to know what to do with the other 3 Grima's? Surely you mean other 2 Grima's?
Or is this a really elaborate maths test? :)

I ordered a Rider of the Dead once and got a Shade...
Contacted GW, they would sent a new Rider and once again I got a Shade :?
Contacted them again and finally got my Rider of the Dead. Leaving me with 2 Shades and 1 Rider of the Dead (all blisters said a Rider would be inside)

The most curious part is that the Shade already was OOP for a long time...

Look on the bright side, Dave! Maybe you'll open a common one and find a rare set in its place!

Well fortunately everything was correctly packaged. I have 3261 minis, which is less than I had guessed but it is good to finally have a record of exactly how many of everything I have.

I keep trying to sort mine out but tend to get bored half way through and still can't bring myself to open half of them until I am ready to paint them

I would recommend that you check the contents of the boxes if nothing else.

Criminy, that's a lot! I have a few boxes and blisters laying about unopened, but nothing on that scale! Hats off!
