Hello all, toying around with some Lorien lists, like some C&C on the direction of the list, see what people think

Rumil
- 6 Galadhrim court Guard
- 4 Galadhrim (elven blade)
 
Galadriel
- 6 wood elf (throwing)
- 5 wood elf (spear)
- 1 Wood elf

Haldir ( bow, armor )
- 9 Galadhrim (bow)
- 1 Sentinel

its very interesting how that army is oriented, you also got some magic close support which is very nice.. although still at 750pts makes me question if they got enough numbers though...

If you wanna go melee spank spank I would highly consider galadhrim knights.
Having foot galadhrim versions that get bonus attacks on the charge with knockout and no penalty moving through seems extremely interesting.

I took this a while ago for myself:


Warband 1
Celeborn with heavy armour, shield and elven blade
7 Galadhrim warriors with shield
4 guards of the galadhrim court

warband 2
Rúmil with elven cloak
12 wood elf warriors with spear

Warband 3
Haldir with elven bow and armour
8 wood elf warriors with elven bow

warband 4
Galadhrim Captain with armoured horse, elven blade, shield and bow
3 Galadhrim knights with elven blade, shield and elven bow


total: 750

The cavalry had more of a job of a battle line relief rather than a spearhead force, thats why they had elven bow... laid back behind my lines and shoot before charging in.
I took celeborn rather than galadriel cause hes a very decent fighter and got lil magic and good for whats for, immobilize a foe letting him win combat by itself more often...

My list is only currently at 600 points

Rumils band idea is too give trouble across the board in combat with his parry, and giving a wall of f6 elfs with elven blades

I considered Celeborn, but at 600, she seemed more appealing to me with Rumil about, as blinding light is o so valuable when you have a strong ranged component yourself.

put a sentinel in Haldir's band to give a chance at shooing off a monster or some such if tries to go after the bows, or any likewise low courage threat to keep blasting it

Though at that cost with the cav wouldn't it just be better to grab Rivendell Knights? Capt is cheaper and better, and that load out is the same as Knight with shield, just -1 d, and no lance
