Nice work. Your paints are seeming a little thick, are you thinning them to about 50/50 with water ?

Now I thin them but not always 50/50 (certainly with GW paints, with Vallejo it's possible that I use less water). This miniature I painted in February 2013 (http://thefellowshipoftheminiatures.blogspot.be/2013/02/careful-with-these-i-just-had-them.html), so it's possible that I didn't thin my paint then (had also more GW paints then instead of Vallejo).
Do you notice a difference with fe Beorn?

Kili looks pretty good, the shading on the hood and cloak catches the eye. The orcs look great, but Fili's eyes need a serious re-work. he looks like he's been in a fistfight. and lost.

Thanks for the tip, on the next models (Dori and Bombur) the eyes're better.
