Just thought I'd have a bit of fun with a pirate queen for a small conversion

Best way I found to stay on project is to hide everything else lol

Unfortunately I cannot hide everything. Between the 3 games of minis that need painting and the terrain I'm working on I just can't hide that much

Here we go just made in time!!

Please note I converted half of them, painted up 13 miniatures including a mounted one and lost an hour due to daylight saving!! So give me a few extra votes

Here is my entry ready on last minute! :D after 2 days and 2 nights straight painting i feel like a zombie.

The white stains on the shoulders/cloak/furs/clothing are representing stuck snow.
I will upload more photos of each detailed warrior separately on my wip page.
I also wish i could take better photos to snow the colors better but there is lack of equipment.

My proof pics., a warband of 4 WoE and 4 Grims with Balin.

Balin, but with a twist.

Proof pic of the troops, I originally intended to paint Pippin (he's undercoated black to the right side).

Another proof pic of the troops, with them all assembled and undercoated expect my test mini which can be seen primed in my second picture next to Pippin.

Finished pics will be up asap!

all these entries look great this month, another difficult choice. i really like the obvious work you put into the Helmingas Halauas. all that conversion pays off.

You'v done a good job with those grimmhammers - they are not as easy as they look. I'm almost finished a batch of them and they drove me mad lol.

@Sausage Fingers, what annoyed you with the grim hammers? Maybe the arm bits?

Lots of fantastic entries, so alright here is mine! I've painted way too much these last days, but it has been fun and the dwarf sculpts looks amazing.

Young(er) Balin, Azanulbizar-edition, and 8 of his lads ready to kick orc butt. The pics are a bit too dark, I didn't have time to take pictures during the day.

Sadly I only managed to paint 3 of Thorin’s Company this month. Some great looking entries though.
