I'd say chose either moria or Goblin town because you have enough troops to use up all your heroes with just moria. While you are missing the units that make goblin town strong ie the great Goblin and the scribe.
Either way all you can really do is get as many goblins on the field as possible and fling them at the enemy. So basically
Durbuz 11 goblins 5 shield 6 spear and shield 1 troll
Captain 11 goblins 5 shield 6 shield and spear 1 troll
Grinnah 12 goblins 6 shield 6 shield and spear
Shaman 12 goblins 6 shield 6 shield and spear

Horde! Basically, mob your enemies, and don't get too disappointed when most of your troops die. That's what they're there for.
Alternatively, if you're any good at conversions, you could sculpt a dozen or so goblins to become Prowlers (give them hoods) or Gundabad Blackshields (fur pelt cloaks), so you have some muscle scattered in with your horde. You'll probably need to make another hero or two anyway, for Warbands.
And, most importantly, use the Fury spell! Maybe even convert another Shaman, so you can have Fury covering more troops.
