I am trying to take an orc warrior without hands (a spearmen that I lost the spear part) and make him a spear with green stuff. Need some help. A tutorial or tips would be nice. Also so I can modify my models later (mostly for show, no real game effect).

Ebob minis has a good tutorial. I used it to sculpt a hand for one of my reaper minis.

Here is the tutorial

Here is my mini in reaper's show off forum. He is also in the inspiration gallery. Just search jdizzy001 in the inspiration gallery's search bar.

If you're planning on making a spear shaft, you should get a piece of copper wire to put the green stuff over.

Alternatively, and my personal preference is find some suitably miniature sized to use as a haft. Sculpt the spear tip if you'd like. Look in model and train stores for metal pipes and cut to size.

Always an option is to nick a spear from another model and stick it on.

Hope these help (:

What i am doing is cutting the same arm of a same model and mold it with instant mold. Then place the two hands t their owners xD
Strange but it works...
