Is that just a head swap? I have to agree, the original figure was ... not very good. It was just such a static pose, and that pose looks much better.

yes, just a head swap with one of the plastic dead army soldiers. if you look at reference pictures, the King's armor isn't that different. so all i did was paint it in regal colors.

Nicely done! Shame he doesn't have a five head though :D

Not sure what the sculptor was thinking on the mounted version. Gamling is one thing, but KotP looks like aliens enlarged his brain!
