How did I miss this thread? Anyhoo... I like the concept and the execution, though I would be intrigued to see what a 'Northern' mumak would look like (a huge woolly mammoth?)

Those are looking great! I must admit, I was very skeptical when you first suggested these conversions. In the end, they look every bit like northern ruffians or bandits from the Ettenmoors. Very nice.

Really cool idea, and I love the fur! It suits them a lot.

A mammoth mumak is a f*ing cool idea. Not canon, but I think that computer game had them? They did a lot of work on expanding forodwaith as a setting I believe, but personally I only played 10 levels or so.

The conversions with furs work really nice. It's pretty close to the Easterlings from my imagination actually :)
