Bolg was awesome in the movie he still seemed really menacing even next to Azog

Must say that Bolg wasn't anywhere near as awesome looking as I had hoped. His arms were too gangly.

He had a brutal fight with Legolas though, which was very well done and a lot like the non-cgi fights of lotr! Intense!

Sauron has been cloning orcs...
Bolg was fine - another brutal protagonist who actually managed to give Legolas a harder time than most. No doubt there will be a big fight finale between them in the final film.

What? You mean the Almighty Might of Bolg will be killed by an insignificant Elvish Princeling?

Personally my money is Sebastian the Hedgehog! I would however settle for death at the hoofed feet of Chambourcythe BattleMoose!

If that fight is anywhere near as good as the first one I will be pleased, among all the CGI overdoneness, it recalled the good ol' days of Aragorn v.s. Lurtz.

Legolas deserved more than a nosebleed for stealing Thorin's thunder. At least the son of Thrain got his excellent character arc continued, yay hubris!

Bolg should've been Azog in this film. No point in putting Azog in Dol Guldur apart from Gandalf making him look like an idiot. If we'd have Azog hunting Thorin it would've been really cool and ruthless and would've got us emotionally invested in the fight against Legolas.

Keep Bolg as the leader and Azog as the ruthless hunter.
