I've taken Gondor and Elves out of the list. I have also come up with some ideas for Dwarf forces (the warbands will not be listed warband 1 ect. they will have specific names :)) Be free to make edits as needed.

The Pride of Erebor
1 captain of erebor
6 warriors of erebor with spear
6 grim hammers

Thror's Guard
Thror
6 warriors of erebor with axe and shield
6 grim hammers

The King's Fist
1 King's Champion
1 Dwarf Iron Guard
1 Ballista
1 Khazad Guard
2 Dwarf Warriors

Gimli's Kin
Gimli
2 Warden team
10 Dwarf warriors

I wouldn't recommend a ballista at that points range. It's not going to be effective

It's strength is a bit low I guess. I just liked the 3 attack

I like the variety and trying to incorporate a little bit of everything in your army, but I'm not sure how effective the ballista will be in SBG.

Other than that I would not forget to try and include more iron guard and khazad guard. You have 1 of each in your "King's Fist" but in a pack you 3 khazad and 4 iron guard, and they are pretty beastly.

Ballistas do not get 3 shots in a turn. The get 1

I'd always go Thorin with Orcrist and Oakenshield over Thror. Less points, and the multiple wounds & terror comes in very handy against orc, uruk and goblin armies.
