Fantastic, savagely characterful conversion. Not the sort of person you would want to argue with :)

Fantastic conversion! I have a ton of Harad to paint...one day :) I will be saving some of your paint schemes for reference when I do.

Thank you all for encouraging comments :) I have just finished bases on a group of Haradrim commanders, but I need at least mediocre light to make some pictures.

As promised, here goes a group of Haradrim commanders. I have decided to make them more distinguishable from the common warriors, and the natural option seemed to me blue parts of clothing. Blue was the most expensive and exquisite colour in medieval era. And it fits nicely to red as well :)

Great colour scheme and they will definitely stand out against the regular warriors.

Wow, I really like them - I think the blue-red contrast really works well :)

The depth showing even in the plain coloured sections of the clothing is amazing - very well done! While the blue stands out, the use of red and the magnificent wicker and weave armour unifies the group.

Wow! Stunning work. Great conversion and painting on the task master. The trolls look awesome - I particularly like their skin tone. A fantastic Harad force! :yay: :yay:

Fabulous! I like to see units that have a, well, unity, about them. Individually, these minis are great but together they have a visual synergy that is greater than the sum of the separate figures.

I have just finished bases on these Harad reinforcements. They were supposed to be baptised by fire today, but the Gondor army fled from the battlefield just hearing them approach :-? OK, it was rather because my opponent had to cancel the battle as he is moving to a new home, but the truth sounds pretty boring :o

The motto for today is: Every empire needs a king and every king needs his guardsmen.

Abrakhan guard - so much character in his guys!

Image

Serpent guard - unfortunately one of the OOP products today

"Bring me closer, I want to corrupt them with my extravagnt riches!" I am really looking forward to trying his special rule! :)
