Dwarf Army Lists

Hey guys. Just wondering which list you like the look of more. I don't really want to collect both and I'm having trouble deciding. Here they are:
Durin's Folk 500 1:
W1: 12/12+1
Balin w/ Durin’s Axe
6 Dwarf Warriors w/ Shield
6 Khazad Guard

W2: 12/12+1
Drar
Murin
7 Iron Hill Veterans w/ bow
4 Iron Guard

26 Miniatures, 499 Points

Durin’s Folk 500 2:

W1: 12/12+1
Kings Champion
2 Heralds
8 Dwarf Warriors w/ shield
1 Vault Warden

W2: 12/12+1
Drar
Murin
7 Iron Hill Veterans w/ bow
2 Vault Wardens

26 Miniatures, 496 Pts

I like the first one more because i like Balin more than Kings Champion.

Definitely the first, balin is a beast and every dwarf army should have a healthy dose of khazad and iron guard!

Thanks for the replies guys. I looked at the over stats of both armies and this is what happens overall when you change from the first army to the second:
-1 str
-1 courage
-3 attacks
+2 banners
+5 defence
+4 fate +2 will

Also I'm not sure if the banners of the Heralds actually count as banner because if they did that would be awesome.

I just found out that I'd done the calculation for the second one wrong anyway. It was 6 points over!

The heralds banners do have the normal rules for banners. I like the second list better because the KC is way better

That's is so awesome! Yeah KC is stronger than Balin. Balin is still pretty good though. Here's my new list 'cos the other one was mis-calculated:
Durin's Folk 500 2:
