This is a new idea so forgive rules mistakes and production errors etc whilst we learn what we are doing. They will get better, with your support!

Aye, these things were only thought of at the end when watching some of the clips!

Probably balances out a bit and as you say, nice friendly and thematic game!

Great report. However, if you accidentally switch on subtitles as I did, the first line is quite hilarious

Just a small criticism- Personally I'd prefer that the outcome of the battle wasn't stated in the video description. Spoils the suspense!

Keep up the great work though. I'm currently painting up 500 points of Rohan cavalry myself, so great so see them used with such effectiveness!

Three in a row since my mauling at the hands of Charles' Watchers of Karna list, although I'm sure that'll end today as I'm playing a Jamie keen to avenge the two inflicted losses last time out!

Although the list has evolved a lot over time AND I'm yet to come up against many armies and opponents who will test the vulnerabilities of this list further, it has been very successful for me. Charles is the only 'true loss' with this force, the other two coming because I killed the enemy too quickly, without keeping an eye on the objectives and then the game ending with them up on victory points because of the inflicted massacre!

But as I say, this is a very very fragile lists. Mistakes are amplified, I should have really taken a battering in this report for deploying where I did AND for failing to use the might I had to save my leader.

Haha I just checked the subtitles, "Welcome your gayness!" Non intentional!!

I don't think I put the result, I think Jamie added text but what was implied was that the Rohan force was victorious in it's previous outing, not the one against Harad? Will go check it out but thanks for pointing this out. All about the suspense, I agree!

Loving the all mounted list. Takes some finesse to use but it doesn't half make the game interesting! I will do an all mounted tactica soon! So keep an eye out.

Yep, I assumed "James' victorious Rohan ride again" was stating the outcome. Still enjoyed watching though.

Looking forward to your tactica. I have a feeling you're list is pretty optimised. I was going with mostly redshields with a smattering of Royal Guard, and working at a higher model count than you, but I think that the trade down in model count for 4 Sons of Eorl is better. Also, having discovered that getting all figures in combat at once is pretty tricky, I'll be trying the outriders some time soon as well

Haha I'm glad you pointed it out. When I told Jamie and some of the North West Gaming Centre gang, they were literally in tears!

Yeah, I'm having fun with the list and starting to feel like although it's still delicate (in Jamie's words, a glass hammer) because it's not an often seen list, it seems to be doing quite well (It's win ratio is very good considering all of the perceived negatives)

Glad you want a tactica! Get subscribing Rohirrim if you want me to do an all mounted tactica (that's right experienced players, me... a tactica! Haha)
