Which list is better and what could I do to improve that list?

I like the first one but swap Imrahil and the captain on horse and give the horse to imrahil.

At first I thought that too, but I that'd mean I'd reduce the maneuverability of the knights, as he'd need to stay within 12" of the pike block in order to give them their all important banner bonus. Not to forget the pikes'd also be lacking a real powerhouse.

3 is 15 points over 700 while 1 and 2 are less?

For gaming: 1
For theme: 2

About army 1: you have 2 Men At Arms too much since they have nobody to support. When you take Damrod instead of Beregond and drop the Captain's lance you can take one more Fountain Guard (and give all others a shield if you're going for 700 pts). This way you get a nice rectangle

F4, A3, D7 + banner, yeah sounds tough to me

Would be able to take on anything but Monsters, Sourcerous Blast and F5 powergaming armies.

Theming's probably going to be Song of Fire and Ice or Pelargir, so some conversioning'd do the job, although not too much as it'd mean I wouldn't be allowed to take it to tournaments. But I'm not missing someone in the front row, as Beregond+captain+Imrahil+9=12. I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD THE FOUNTAIN COURT GUARDS ALL HAVE SHIELDS. I'd also like to apologize for the fact I put 'met' in front of pikes, it's dutch for with.
