Solid list, but you do know that Harad/Umbar have a 50% bow limit right? So you could get way more arbalesters/bowmen into this list

My only critique if you will is I also think you should include more bowmen, especially Arbalesters. Those pavise shields (spelt correctly?) are pretty beast. I know you can't move and shoot with them but they are a pretty devastating combo of defense and killing power

50% bowlimit is only with the harad models from the farad&umbar list.
good list, take more abalasters and put the knight of umbar whatever on horse (armoured if possible) becouse that makes him a 10 times better combat hero.
If its possible take him on fell beast, to hurl moddels.

If you don't go down the 50% firepower route do consider another themed unit, castellans of umbar, they are if given a war horn elves with heavy armoiur, shield and happen to cause terror

I also wanted to add don't remove your regular archers with the Arbalestors. They make a great combo.

Think about it, the one advantage enemy archers (namely elves, it's best to always try and figure how to counter them as they are the Gold Standard for archers) have over the crossbow-men is that they can move and shoot in one turn. However if you have both regular archers with the pavise-men you can move and shoot as well, just move the pavis wielding troops in front of the regular archers and fire over their shoulders. That way the enemy archers cannot easily return fire on the archers that shot them. And unless they high-tail it and run they will be devastated in the following turn by the combined fire of cross-bows and regular bows.

The "Scorpians Sting" special rule only applies to Harad troops (Haradrim Warriors and Raiders, Watchers of Karna, Serpent Gaurd and Raiders and Abrakhan Guard.) you can use it with pure Harad troops but not Far Harad and Umbar, so you can field 50% bows (within pure a Harad warband) but not cross bows.
