On the GW site there used to be PDF templates for this, to accompany a White Dwarf Article. However since the revamp of their site they are no longer there.

Does anyone have this PDF document somewhere please?

Although Alan's Edoras templates are a lot prettier.

Isn't it nice that every second year GW 'revamps' their site, deletes all useful content and in the process breaks every link and bookmark pointing to something in their site.
