The green one looks good. The two others looks kiknd of bad, because of their skin colour (no racist, lol) I would suggest simply repainting their skin all togheter. Your armour seems a bit bright. A bronze-like or blackish wash would make wonders. Also, I think you are using a bit much paint on your brush, so that the layers become too thick and the details kind of dissapear. But that last thing is something you will get better at naturally. The group in the back looks good togheter, really orc mobish.

I agree with the horde lord, when painting the skin orange or yellow, use a much darker version for the basecoat. Eg Ivyden Darksun for yellow, and Bestial brown basecoat for orange, with machirus solar orange over the top. They do, however look simialr to my 1st Orcs.

As an aside, I advice you to keep all your WIP in the same thread, you can rename it each time if you want.

How do you rename a thread?

Edit the original post. Rename the part where it says 'Subject'.

For rename go to your first post (in this case the one with the photo) and click "edit" there. There you find the option to update your thread title.

yeah I'm still working on some of their skin colors
I saw someone who did a fantastic orc paint job, where was that on this site?

also, would you recommend scraping paint or let it alone?
