I had a question about the Lords of Battle scenario. It states that you get victory points from each wound caused on a model (let me know if I'm saying too much about specific details). Does that mean that against cavalry, you could potentially get 2 Victory Points if you first kill the horse, and then the rider? The way it's stated implies so, but intuitively and with the way break points work, it doesn't make sense. For calculating break points, losing a horse doesn't change the number of models you have (went from one cavalry model to one model on foot), but the scenario rules are based off of wounds.

If so, it seems like cavalry would not be good to take on this type of game, as your enemy could easily get twice as many victory points in a fight where he had multiple strikes.

No, wounds against mount's don't count, only riders of the mount gives you VP's
so cavalry is good (golblim town isn't good)

Based on the rules regarding fate I'd say cavalry count as 2 wounds, one for killing the rider one for killing the mount.

Its a pain for good but evil gets a little bit of respite because wargs have a chance of hanging around.

It also makes sense from a balance point of view as cavalry armies are typically smaller and would not be able to give up as many VP otherwise, leading to a game where they might get slaughtered but still win.

seeing as the scenario is in the faction books you'd think they'd cut and paste the faq into all the erratas.
