Hello all, I've been busy last days, but I managed to finish my Gorbag for the painting challenge of this month, so, here are the pictures:
ImageImageImageImage

I also got a picture of the three metal dwarfs I'm working on lately, they're mostly done, except for the helmets and beard of one of them (and the bases)
ImageImage

And the dwarf with the sword conversion I posted previously, I gave him one of my molded shields from the King's champion's heralds. It's a little thick, but oh well, I like it, what do you think?

Hello, it's been a while, but I've started painting again last week. I painted the Gandalf from the bridge of khazad dum, still have to repaint areas around his eyes as you can see, and the mouth. Also, a goblin Shaman, the one GW stopped producing when the goblin command became FC. So, he's metal, and that's just the way I like it ;)
The last picture shows a dwarven throne I've been working on. Don't know if I try a new one, what do you think? C&C welcome!

Hi all, here are my converted Dwarfs of Thorin's company (well, some of them). Most are inspired by Monotone_Matt's company. :)
Thorin looks kind of.. weird if you ask me.. but I'm not such a fan of the original sculpt too. The new model (which can been seen in the little and big rulebook) look far better IMO. Also, I gave Thorin and Dwalin new legs, which makes them smaller and more dwarfish-like. Kili too, I gave him a whole new figure, I cut him in half and changed the bottom of the model with a dwarf ranger, he's now charging forward and not that tall. Yet, I don't really like him.. he was my favourite character in the book, my least favourite in the movie. :( I'm planning on giving him a beard, so he won't look like an Aragorn model washed in water which was to hot. And dwarfs with no beard? That's odd.. even their women have 'em!
Bifur (my favourite model of the box) was just put on an orc shield, for a more dynamic pose.

Good work Eaothen! I like what you did with Kili, now you just need to add green stuff to make the two halves fit together :) your idea with making the dwarves smaller is good, too, Dwalin's the size of a man!

Nice job on the conversions, kili is neat, I like the lack of beard, he's young and its starting to come in

Hey guys, it's been ages since I actually uploaded anything so here's a little update from this week

My completed Spider Queen. I'm very pleased with her actually. I decided to give it the same base as my Elves instead of a darker theme since they'll be fighting her probably. Also the white dots, I wanted to give her hatchlings the same colour sheme as my queen.
ImageImageImageImage

Some Elves and the movement trays.

ImageImage

My warg chieftain on a GS rock. I removed the dead warrior on rock because I want this warg to match up with my goblin force and thus giving him skeletons instead
ImageImageImage

Goblin captain, Shaman, drummers and archer
ImageImageImageImageImage

Easterlings
ImageImage

Trolls!
ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Who knows who this is?

I like the ideas on these conversions.

My guess for Gimli is Hadhod from the Third Age RPG for PS2
