I have been trying for several hours now, but I can't seem to be able to change my Avatar. I have the image saved into my gallery, but when I put the link it won't work. Do I have to use an external image hosting site to be able to link to the image?

Help would be much appreciated Thank you!

I just tried it out and it works if you upload the photo to an image hosting site (photobucket for me) and link to that. Hope I could help!

Edit: oh and if you right-click and 'copy image location', when you paste to the textfield to change your avatar, make sure the link ends in .jpg (or similar). Mine wouldn't work at first cos it ended in '.jpg?t=1355257782', so delete the little bit after the .jpg manually!

Cheers Monotone_Matt. I had to set up a Picasa web album, but as I had a Google Account already that wasn't too painful, I didn't particularly want to have to use a different provider (I like to limit my online presence).
