Well darn it I just snapped a Men-at-arms pike from the bloke's hand. Whats the best way to fix this? Due to the weight it wont just stick immediately like plastic pikes......any suggestions?

Basically you need to drill a small hole in the hand and then put the end of the broken pike inside, which will strengthen the join. If you do not have a drill then I'm afraid you dont have many options left to you.

Glue it back on while resting it on something. It's not nearly as good or durable as UKFB's method, but lacking a drill, this is the only option you've got left.
