Hey i soon have a friendly battle with a friend and using a Angmar army . now i have made up this list , id like to know what you guys think and what i should change.

Warband 1 12/12

The Witch-king of Angmar with Fell Beast; Crown of Morgul; Morgul blade; 2 Extra Might; 8 Extra Will; 2 Extra Fate;
6 Orc Warrior with Shield;
6 Orc Warrior with Two-handed weapon;
----
Warband 2 6/12

Angmar Orc Shaman with Warg;
6 Warg Rider with Shield;
----
Warband 3 12/12

Shade
6 Orc Warrior with Shield;

you have a shade, if you protect that and keep as many of your troops within 6" of it as possible, you will win. although basic troops numbers are low. maybe swap gulavhar for burdhur if you have him? looks good though, maybe take a few more trackers or get rid of them entirely. 3 wont do much, they wont even be annoying to your opponent.

Agreed, with the shade and the witch king you don't need another mega-monster, you need to be able to make the most of that shade. Burdhur is a great choice, and gives you enough points for almost another whole warband.

I also don't think much of spectres. The wood elf sentinels work well because evil courage tends to be low, and even heavy targets like cave trolls can be moved around. But spectres are fighting an uphill battle, especially if the good side has a horn, plus the heavy hitters you'd want to move have higher courage yet. So you're stuck targeting warriors which isn't worth it imho.

So I'd skip the trackers and the spectres, and after swapping in Burdhur pack as many orc warriors led by bog captains as you can. If you skip bows, a drummer might be handy.

Seeing that you dont have any bows, a drummer is a must. The extra movement speed will save you many casualties.
