The idea for this conversion is just fantastic!
And I really like how it's painted.
I don't know if you intend to do a bit more work on the antlers, but the colour seems a bit flat at the moment.
Maybe darken the part where the antlers come out of the stag's head and give the antlers a brown wash?

And are you going to keep the base like this, or will you add some grass, etc to it once it's fully painted?

I think this has to be one of my top 10 favorite conversions of all time (and I don't even like that Radagast sculpt) and the painting is extremely well done!! Love it! :)

I think he should choke up on his sitting an 1/8th of an inch or so, but he looks really terrific.
