I've got a tournament in a month and I'm having a hard time choosing between models:
my list:
- dark marshal felbeast
- 6 morranon orcs shield
-6 orcs spear and shield

warband 2
-gorbag shield
-6 mor. orcs shield
-6 orcs s&s

warband 3
-drummer
-6 mor orcs shld
-6 orcs s&s

warband 4
-shade
-6 orcs shield
-6 orcs spear

700pts, 52 units, 5 might

the question is should i take this or should I drop gorbag and the fell beast of the witch king with 3 might, 1fate and a horse?

so one nazgul on a fell beast or two on the ground?
btw the scenarios are reconoitre, hold ground and lords of battle.

(p.s. c&c on the list itself is welcome to)

I definately think you should take two instead of the fell beast, maybe both on horse. That way you can use double the magic, the are still quite mobile and they can lead different parts of your army. 2 wraiths all the way !!!

I chose the first because putting the DM on foot seems like a waste. If you're going to put a wraith on foot, might as well take a generic.

Well the Dwimmerlaik would be better on foot. I agree with you however, The Dark Marshal must always be mounted.

The reason i picked dark marshal on fellbeast is since his special rule gives you quite an advantage also you have a strong beast moving very fast or in other words
scaring your enemy half to death.

thanks for the replies guys!
if I take two wraiths I'll probably have them both on horses (drop an orc and some shields)

I'll vote for the power of two named Wraiths, both mounted. You'll face Wizards at 700 points, and one or two uber heros.

You'll have to be aware that using two heroes without might is a serious risk in Hold Ground!. Also the Shade will have troubles in Reconnaitre to keep up with this army. The enemy will shoot you and try to sneek some fast models along the sides if you are close to their lines. So in general for the tournament I do not think it is the best choice.

Two wraiths is often a very good choice if there is also EvE, but horses for both of them are compulsory. So DM + Wiki can work very well. With two wraiths you'll also have more possibilty to compel/transfix models that try to circumvent your army and run for the other side. Also you have an additinal transfix on your one of your own models to move them off the board.
