I really like the original Fellowship of the Ring minis, specially Gandalf and Boromir.

Of course, Arwen (the pretty one) and Arwen on horse are just amazing.

Very hard to decide on this as I see there being several categories of minis in the range:
'heroes and characters' we know as individuals
'Cannon fodder' - all the nameless hordes of all domains and races
'big guys' - mostly monsters like Shelob, mumakil, trolls and even battlecry trebuchets

I like a lot of the heroes and characters, though there are some not so good versions such as the Monkey Twins. Many of the Gandalf and Gimli variants are very appealing.
Most of the cannon fodder are plastic now, but I really like the original metal Galadhrim archers. The High Elf plastics are very good and I wish they would add spears and more sword/shield & sword versions to the plastic range.
Big guys - Probably the Mordor troll chief and Treebeard. (UKFB's treegiants are marvellous)

Dying Boromir
Boromir COTWT
Amdur on foot
Rivendell Gandalf
Legolas and Gimli on horseback
Goldberry

Those are my most favourite minis. I'm sure if I looked through my boxes I would find a much longer list.

Eowyn (Helm's Deep, the one who isn't wearing armour).
Legolas (Breaking of the Fellowship)
Gandalf the Grey Mounted
Saruman (Escape from Orthanc)
EDIT: Oops, I almost forgot: The Uruk taunting with his sword and shield in the air.
