Since you have a GC component, how about skip the bows on the WoMT and use more WoMT with shield/spear (or even just shield) as your ranger's front line? You still get plenty of shots, but it would be a bit more solid.
For Rohan, how about making the Throwing Spear riders the elites (redshields)? Otherwise, the only elites you have are the rangers, and they're in the back. Or you could replace your WoMT with GFC with shields.
EDIT: I wrote the below not noticing the Pellenor theme, and Faramir wasn't there, he was about to be burned alive
but beefing up to elites might still be worth thinking about.
I do wonder about the theme, but maybe that's not important to you. If not, the army seems fine but will take some finessing with the cavalry to hit at the right moment, and your "anvil" isn't that solid.
If theme does matter: switching the Twins for Faramir would be thematic and free up plenty of points for Rohan upgrades. If he leads Rangers then Beregond could lead GFC, or if Faramir leads GFC, Damrod could lead Rangers. Or keep the KoWT, you still save a bundle of points, perhaps enough to start another warband.
