That's quite alot of Dwarfs. Now where will you find a large enough host of goblins? :O
I need more though
and to answer your question...
I'm not sure which army I'll work on next, Haradrim or Goblins (and "friends")
If the Goblins' 'friends' are any of the followimg; Trolls, Drakes, Dragons, Spiders, Wargs, Bats, Dwellers, then bring on the Horde.
Once the Dwarves have reached maxmum quantity of course
Yes that is the friends (although you forget the Balrog
) - and what does finishing a project mean?
I've decided to go for Goblins (although I've seen some 24 boxes in my local (non GW) store, so may pick them up and paint them first), and I will continue with my Rohan army as a side project

Hmm, Moria armies are the best IMO when they don't use goblins, but that is an amazing army you've got there. Hope mine'll get that big one time too.
Just keep at your army, and it will get bigger, I recommend painting a batch of warriors with a hero in them, that way you won't get bored of painting the same thing over and over. And I like having lots of Goblins (despite how bad they are individually), with a few Prowlers and a Troll or two (I need more).
On a different note, I've finished painting my mounted version of Elfhelm (still got his horse to do) and the Horblower's Horse (still got the Hornblower to do)
