It was a lot of fun, I was worried about heavy casualties from the wood-elf bows, but the heavy armor on my troops really paid off, and the lack of armor on most of his made my bowmen seem more effective as well :mrgreen: I think I played Amdur a bit to conservatively, only getting him into one fight, but I was worried about Legolas firing heatseekers at him.

Amdur can take some punishment form Legolas. He only has a 1/6 chance of being wounded from the heatseekers. Always try and get Amdur into a fight with a hero that he can take on, like Legolas, then give him pike support and burn through whatever might you need to to kill the hero, then you regain some might and can continue on your way.
