Hey guys, couple of lists i've made up based loosely around the battles of the Fords of Isen. I've tried to make them both reasonably competitive but also stick pretty close to my theme.

Rohan

Warband 1 11/12
Théodred, Heir of Rohan with Shield;
4 Rohan Royal Guard with Throwing spears;
1 Helmingas with Banner
6 Helmingas with Shield;
----
Warband 2 10/12
Grimbold of Grimslade
4 Rohan Royal Guard with Throwing spears;
6 Helmingas with Shield;
----
Warband 3 12/12
Erkenbrand, Captain of Rohan with Horse; (*)
12 Westfold Redshield
----
Warband 4 10/12
Captain of Rohan with Heavy armour;
4 Rohan Royal Guard with Throwing spears;
6 Helmingas with Throwing spears;
----

Totals: 749 points, 49 models (25 break point), 12 bows, Erkenbrand as leader.

I know strictly speaking I should maybe use Theodred as the leader, but he lacks fate and isn't mounted whereas Erkenbrand has both.

And on the other side of the river:

Isengard

Warband 1 10/12
Mauhur (*)
10 Mauhur's Marauders with Orc bow;
----
Warband 2 12/12
Uruk-hai Captain with Shield; Heavy armour;
1 Uruk-hai Warrior with Banner
4 Uruk-hai Warrior with Shield;
5 Uruk-hai Warrior with Pike;
2 Uruk-hai Berserker
----
Warband 3 12/12
Uruk-hai Captain with Heavy armour;
4 Uruk-hai Warrior with Shield;
6 Uruk-hai Warrior with Pike;
2 Uruk-hai Berserker
----
Warband 4 6/12
Orc Captain with Warg; Shield;
6 Warg Rider with Shield;
----
Warband 5 (allied) 0/12
Ringwraith
----

Totals: 747 points, 45 models (23 break point), 10 bows, Mauhur as leader

Mauhur is the leader thanks to his extra might point but maybe its better to have one of the captains in that role due to their higher defense. I know maybe the Ringwraith is a bit out of place theme wise, but it seems to break every unwritten rule to not take a wraith in some form in an evil army.

So, comments?
