Like completely snowy, like top of mount gunabad, not just like a bit snowey BUT ALOT OF SNOW. I don't just want pure white, some texture but I've never done it before. Any tips for snow cameo cloth?

There is fake snow which you can but and glue it with PVA glue

There's a special way you have to "prepare" the snow flock though, otherwise it'll look terrible.

Sorry I wasn't really clear, I was more along the lines of uniforms, not actual snow. When I said SNOW i meant like the soviet winter troops type of cameo.

Just do a camo pattern in greys, blues, and white/off-white.
Pick one color for your base layer, and add blotches of the other colors you want on top of that. Try to make them overlap in some instances for the best effect, and change up which colors are used for added variety and a better camo effect.

Beyond that, all I can suggest is to consult pictures of the sort of camo uniforms that you're trying to duplicate.

Snow camo gets dirty really quickly. This: http://www.wreckamovie.com/shots/show/4739 gives some colour photo's from re-enactors, but I've found it hard to find genuine pictures from the Eastern Front, which would be your best guide. Most of the few I've found show the soldiers looking grey against the white snow.

If you're trying to do something like Rangers against goblins in the snow, then you're looking at whites, pine green and greys, with a liberal helping of mud on knees, backside, elbows and lower legs (modern soldiers lie down to take up firing positions; Rangers would lie down as they're sneaking up on the bad guys). Either that, or normal clothing with a big white cloak over all.
