Simply fantastic! I still can't believe how much detail you managed to put in those three pieces of art(building doesn't quite fit how great they look)!

I'm very curious how your next updates will be!

Hi!

Yes, im not dead and yes, the project is still going strong altough my hobbytime is quite limites at the moment. Well, some shots:

I painted the white walls several times to get a nice flat color and repainted all my mistakes. They really look quite clean? So, time to add some weathering. It was a looong project to find a good color and dillute it just right. Here is the first color test:

I decided to use GW´s gryphone sepia wash. I aimed for a very subtle effect and i think that i nailed it rather good. Now the houses really look that they have few decades under their belt

If I worked on a fim set, I 'd hire you to make the Miniatures and Bigatures (Bigiatures is a TM of New Line Cinema)

Holy Devlan Mud! The houses start look like houses, ye!!!

I wanted the Inn to look like a warm place to sip your beverage so i painted the inside walls light brown, close to vermin brown actually:

Image

Have to darken the color little bit with washes..

I also started the Smiths stone floor..this is a new technique for me so lets see how it turns out:

Image

If you have wondered where i build my terrain, here is a shot from my workingspace. As you can see, i need alot of space..
