Check out Thomarillion, it has quite a lot of LotR themed terrain and are casts out of plaster. I've bought from these people before and they're fantastic, well recommended. http://www.thomarillion.de

I agree with Drum, but you could always try this Ziterdes too for some terran: http://www.ziterdes.de
I don't have any experience with Ziterdes but with Thormarillion, I do and I recommend them. Good luck!

I have a few zitterdes products (grasses and such from a local store) and they are very good.
Their terrain is also very good (saw some in the same shop), but some them are a bit overpriced.

Oh and ebob also has a few lotr/medieval buildings and such.

But building them yourself is of course a lot fun.

PMC do a selection of nice buildings; they have an eBay shop only, but also attend the Partizan shows at Newark in Nottinghamshire. Grand Manner and JR Miniatures also do some interesting stuff, which needs painting up. Hovels is a long-established historical manufacturer. Pegasus Hobbies have some items that are worth a closer look, too.
