Hi!

I was going to start the painting BUT then i realized that i have to make the grain effect to the balsa. So here it is:

On the left you can see the grain effect and on the right still working on it.

Ok, grain->done. How about painting? Nope! I decided that i want the houses to look a bit weathered. So started to work on that and tried to make chipped/cracled paint. Here is two shots, the second one shows the effect quite well:

I hope that the paintjob wont cover that chipped effect..well, what do you think?

I like the stucco effect. It's very realistic and a perfect fit, scale-wise.
