I was wondering if anyone would have painted the plastic army of the dead as alive people? Would it be possible or would green stuff be needed? I thought they would be great for dunlendings or wild men with that type of armour being rugged but still formadable. What do you recon? If you have pictures that would be really nice!

The older metal Army of the Dead was far more useful for this. The new plastics look a lot more skeleton-y.
One option would be to buy a set of Corsairs and head swap and arm swap between the two.

A zillion years ago, an article was posted about using the metal AotD for the warriors of Carn. It was pretty affective. As for using the Plastics, they are I a bit on the boney side. I think you could do it with little converting.
