I recently got a good deal off ebay. I have all these models except 24 of the morranon orcs, a few warg riders and Khamul which I will get soon.

600 points:

Epic Heroes:
Gothmog-110 points

Common Formations:
Morranon orc warband, 6 companies, shields-150 points
Mordor orc warband, 7 companies, shields, captain (or maybe in the warg riders)-190 points
Warg rider Warband, 4 companies, shields-100 points

Rare formations:
Mordor siege bow battery, 1 company- 50 points

Total: 600 points, 6 might, 4 formations, 18 companies

And 1,000:

Epic heroes:
Gothmog-110 points
Khamul the easterling-125 points

Common formations:
Morranon Orc warband, 6 companies, shields-150 points
Mordor Orc warband, 7 companies, two-handed weapons-140 points
Mordor Orc warband, 5 companies, shields-100 points
Warg Rider warband, 4 companies, shields-100 points

Rare Formations:
Mordor troll chieftan-200 points
Mordor siege bow battery, 1 company-50 points

Total: 985 points, 6 formations, 24 companies, 7 might

IDK whether to drop the troll chieftan for a normal troll and then expand the warg riders to 6 companies and get a captain for them or something like that. Khamul will go in the 7c formation of orcs w. 2 handies which will be a very offensive formation (low defence=lots of hits reflected back whilst dealing a lot of damage with strength from corruption and 2 handies). Gothmog will be in the morranon orcs in both and that will make the hardcore center of my battle line with epic defense to make them extra tough. C and C welcomed.

I think both lists would benefit from another formation. In the 600pts list I'd swap the Siege Bow for some archers instead, they'll increase your options quite a bit as they can move and charge.

Well I'd only be able to purchase 2 companies of orc archers for 50 points and IMO, a siege bow will kill a lot more than 2c of orc archers. How do you suggest I get another formation?

Yes, the Siege Bow will be better at shooting than the archers, but the archers will be able to do other stuff as well.

To get another formation I'd drop a Morannon Orc company, get another Orc company, and split the Orc formation into two four companies.

Ok. But what about the 1,000 points? And about the archers, I know the archers can do other stuff but 2c of orc archers? C'mon, what's that going to do?

You could split the seven company Orc formation into two formations of three companies, and add the remaining company to the archers.

from my experience (and everyone elses), khamul is so op and not much fun to play with. you could take one of the other ringwraiths instead to make it fair on the good side

if you like the challenge, try taking no nazgul at all, or just taking one of the more subtle ones (the tainted?). its just that every evil wotr army that ive seen has a nazgul in it, yet alone mordor....

3 company orc formations? I don't think they would be very durable myself. But that's just me.

And about Khamul, I might take another ringwraith but a lot of my army is centered around him (I know, I'm a noob.)

A six company Orc formation with shields, a three company Orc formation with bows, and split the the Morannon Orc into three companies.

That might work. But I don't like the idea of splitting the morranon orcs, they're after all supposed to be the center of my army and Gothmog can't be in 2 formations at once.
