Wow, really fantastic and inspiring work in this thread. I love what you've done with the Black Guard, they look so much better with the changes you've made and look right at home with Shagrat leading them. The Grey Copany conversions are also very nice. Who knew Aathorn made such a great pirate! The Black Numenoreans look stunning as well. What parts are you using for your converted one? Keep up the great work! :)

They look really cool. Getting rid of those oversized, comical Tower Shields makes a real difference, and your paint scheme fits really well with the replacement shields.
