Nice capes! You seem to be a quick painter and a talented one! Keep it up!

captain krak!!!

i love your color scheme for your galadhrim, the cloaks are simply outstanding!!

as you may have noticed on my thread and other threads, i keep asking people who have galadhrim how they do their armor, i really like your paint scheme, so can you tell me step by step how you do your armor on your galdhrim.

thanks a lot, i really appreciate it!

I love the cloaks man - the blue fading into grey is really sharp looking.

Thanks!

Feanorthenoldor, the armor is pretty simple:
1. cover with Shining Gold
2. heavy wash with Badab Black or other black wash
3. highlight with Burnished Gold
4. Final highlight with 50/50 mix of Burnished Gold and Mithril Silver

Lovely work sir krak!

I agree with the other posters - the galadhrim are eye-poppingly well done.

I bet the whole army is going to look fantastic...

Just a few of the boys all finished. These guys and their comrades hit the table on Monday and came away with a minor victory in The High Ground scenario. It would have been a major victory, but one damn goblin managed to avoid getting killed on turn 10 even though he was completed surrounded and had 5 attacks against him!

Working on Legolas now.

Then I plan on putting up a whole-army photo, and then, on to Mordor!

Nice work captain krak - Legolas looks pretty good. 8)
I think the brown armour looks a bit flat though - it could do with some more highlights - and I'm not sure about his eyebrows...

Fantastic stuff mate!

Your bold highlighting really makes these minis stand out :) Kudos on managing to get as much expression as possible on those plastics!

Legolas is also quite well done, nice work on the eye-brows!
