The Valar? Well that probably wouldn't be the best idea actually. They're way too powerful. It would mean things like scaling back the stats of everything else, and you;d till be giving them 10 of every stat.

Sorry, buti have to say that they would be hideously powerful, and it would hard to make them that powerful with uber-powerful models like the Balrog, already present.

If you can make suitable stats/figures then go for it! :-D And make sure you post them, I would love to see them, i imagine the models might involve some Sauron conversions.

Yes most likely I will try it out with some wax figures and then cast them. But start off with some Sauron conversion....

Or give them no stats like Tom Bombadil and Goldberry.

I don't like the idea much; they'd be far too powerful and, realistically, they can't die. For the same reason I don't like the fact that GW included the Army of the Dead.
