I know it's kind of an obscure points value, but my friends and I decided it's a good way to do a little larger scale battle without it being a struggle to keep track of everything or buying War of the Ring. Thanks!

Looks pretty potent, with enough points for major heroes.

I think you have 1 and 2 reversed...and 2 has 1 too many bows, unfortunately. you have 18 bows, but only 35 other warriors. If you drop a ranger and give several of them spears it might add some flexibility.

wait, what if i transfer two of the citadel guard with bows to the second contingent? so it has around 29% and the first contingent has 31%? or was the point that i needed more spears anyway?

That would work fine as far as I can tell. I was just suggesting the spears as a point-soak, though Rangers with spears can be pretty handy once you have fewer targets to shoot at.

Or you could just form the first and second contingent into one.

Can't do that: the Tower doesn't get Rangers, so you have to ally them in from Ithilien which doesn't have knights.
