The edges of the bases look a little scrappy, but that's easily fixed.

yeah, the paint was still wet when i took the photos - and the paint has picked up bits of static grass which is annoying.

thanks :-D

Nice James, some good drybrushing there too. I have no idea how I'm going to paint mine (whenever I get them in the near future in any case :P).

Also, perhaps finishing the base before you glue the static grass will prevent yuo from accidently removing it in the future.

Cheers!

Good work on the wraiths mate, I like those highlights on the folds, they seem sharp and clear, something mine lack (mental note, fix own Nazgul). The bases also appear well done and the static grass on the rims is hardly noticable (I missed it anywho )

Keep up the great work 8)

Nice Dunlending! I really love the way you made his skin look grubby and the eyes as well. He looks like a "Wild Man" without looking like an extra from 1 Million Years BC (as the movie ones did!)

I absolutely love your Ringwraiths Corsair! Most Ringwraiths look really dark and you can't see much detail. With yours they still look dark and evil, yet there's loads of detail too. Brilliant work! 8)

Just a small update (kick up the rear), with a little influence from a certain someone ;-)

All exams are now over (thank the good lord), so i should have alot more time on my hands from now on.

I have just about finished painting every lotr mini i have in my collection. Just have to finish these goblins and work on making these AoTD look dead XD

I think that is a worthy feat in itself.

cheers.

I was really inspired with Julian's (Ranger of Gondor) trebutchet he made from balsa wood. So after getting a 'carbon copy' of the how to make it article, i could help but get started on my own!

Heres it so far:

thanks
