Beowulf03809 for his two excellent beginners pieces with the hope that the CCA prize will inspire him to even greater things.

Lords of Glamorgarth has been awarded 10 extra gold coins for his fantastic work in coming second in two of the open Categories, against some stiff competition and with two excellent pieces of work, both of which are great examples of the high level of skill that are possible in the hobby.

All members who have won physical prizes (not coins) please PM Dagorlad with their names and addresses and the prizes will be organised in due course.

Well Done to everyone who took part and thank you once again for doing some fantastic work. Thanks for taking the time to vote too. Keep your eyes open for news about the next Master Craftsman theme. We are expecting great things from you all with such a long lead time to work on your masterpieces.

Azog on behalf of the Competition Committee

A further update on the prizes.

There will be a bit of a delay in shipping the prizes to the winners because of a heavy workload that our junior office clerk (DurinsBane) is under at the moment. He estimates that he'll be able to ship them by the end of the month, may be a little sooner if he's lucky.

So we're sorry about that and we hope you'll be understanding, but we thought we'd better let everyone know up front.

We've got everyone's addresses now so thanks for that.

Brian tells me that the boxed set we bought arrived today, so that's all the prizes purchased and ready to go. But it'll take a fair bit of time to do all of the posting and whatnot, and with Brian working such ridiculous hours, we'll have to wait for him to get some time off, as I mentioned in my previous post.

But everything else is poised and ready to go, so thanks for continuing to be patient.
