Hi Steelspawn,

I'm in Narre Warren.

Also brand new to this game (have some Flames of War experience).

I'm really interested in the Shire and the SBG gaming side of things.

Would be great to re-create some of the early parts of the fellowship of the ring. Including designing and building up some good scenery.

I'm an old [word deleted] though in my 40s. Hope that doesn't put you off ? :)

Speaking of that, I grew up reading JRR Tolkiens books and was somewhat put off by the LOR film and subsequent games, books, spin offs, commercialisation and bastardry etc. It all takes away that magic that I had conjured up in my mind as a youth.

I'm hoping I can resurect some of that early emotion and magic through this game.

I've heard a few people are around Frankston, Cranbourne area.

I'm also at Melbourne central every Monday so if your free drop in for a game.
Also Camberwell battle bunker give me a time and day and I'm up for a game.

Also if anyone's interested their is a tournament at the Camberwell battle bunker of the 26th of june (500) points and a heroes and monsters tournament in croydon on the 10th of July also (500) points but no models can be under 50 points.
